Warping Capabilities

In addition to producing quality Nylon 6,6 fibers, the Ascend Nylon Industrial Fibers team offers warping capabilities to our customers. For filament fibers with a denier range of 70 to 3,000 and for spun fiber with cotton counts ranging from 1’s to 40’s, our commission warping specialists can provide a solution for your needs.

We can warp multiple deniers across one set in our 1,000 end creel, and we can apply tint to identify your specialty products. Our beams are 54" x 32" and for tricot knitters, we have beams that are 43" x 30".
